Our complete system includes a 14" x 16" heat transfer press, full color printer, picture modification software and the highest resolution digital camera in it's class. While most others are in the 640 x 480 and 1280 x 960 range, ours is high-definition 2,272 x 1,704 pixel via a 4.0 Megapixel CCD! A dramatic difference! The camera is powered by rechargeable batteries (charger included) and is not connected to a computer until you are ready to down load via a standard USB port. You may also use your computer or any TV for real time viewing, composing and picture taking. No special interface cards are needed. Images are stored on a reusable and removable 16 Megabyte card within the camera. The combination of this outstanding camera, image modification software and a full color printer produce stunning photographs. Each one can be applied to a T-shirt, mouse pad or sweats with our heat press machine in under 15 seconds. We will periodically upgrade the camera to these specs or better.
A special feature of this heat transfer machine is it's ability to open to over 90 degrees. This allows easy placement of the garment over the raised anvil, without fear of burning fingers. It is the only machine on the market with this important safety feature. It is also made of very heavy duty steel and carries a lifetime warranty on the heating elements. The machine is fully adjustable to imprint on a wide variety of materials, even wood! There is an automatic timing system that takes the guesswork out of transferring.
The heat press is state of the art, with full digital controls and 70 memory presets to ensure perfect results every time, even though you switch from mouse pads, to puzzles, to shirts and back again. It is designed to hold the temperature to plus or minus 2 degrees. Additional features are: automatic timer, records number of pressing cycles, Teflon heat table, gas spring hydraulic lifters to provide a smooth hands free opening, oversized LCD control, resetable height point, digital pressure gauge
An optional $495 cap heat transfer machine would allow you to produce full color images on hats also. The system will also take the color output from any graphics program and put it on shirts. This allows you to enter the custom shirt business and put your computer to work! Just think, your design or your photo on a shirt! You can take the system to events or swap meets and produce shirts with their picture while a person waits. Or, you could photograph the winner of a race and have a T-shirt ready a few minutes later! As an income producer, this is a great system. T-shirts and jig saw puzzles retail for $14.95 for simple designs and $18.45 with a picture, while the cost for the transfer is just $2.50! Hats and mouse pads retail for $12.95 and $15.95. As you can put more than one hat image on a sheet, the net cost per hat transfer is under $1.00.
