Our system consists of a 14" x 16" heat transfer machine and an Epson C-88 full color, 2880 dpi, letter size printer with a color print speed of up to 14 ppm. The output from your Windows, Mac PC graphic program is printed on special transfer paper. The transfer is placed on the shirt, mouse pad, sweat, can cooler, puzzle, etc., and imprinted using heat and pressure. The transfer becomes a permanent part of the garment, not just resting on top. It is washable and will last the life of the garment. The garment is actually dyed and does not have a 'waxy' feel. It takes about 2 minutes for the printer to produce the transfer and about 12 seconds to imprint. A special feature of this heat transfer machine is it's ability to open to over 90 degrees. This allows easy placement of the garment over the raised anvil, without fear of burning fingers. It is the only machine on the market with this important safety feature. It is also made of very heavy duty steel and carries a lifetime warranty on the heating elements. The machine is fully adjustable to imprint on a wide variety of materials, even wood! There is an automatic timing system that takes the guesswork out of transferring.

The heat press is state of the art, with full digital controls and 70 memory presets for saving common application settings of time/temperature/pressure to ensure perfect results every time, even though you switch from mouse pads, to puzzles, to shirts and back again. It is designed to hold the temperature to plus or minus 2 degrees. Additional features are: automatic timer, records and displays the number of pressing cycles, Teflon heat table, gas spring hydraulic lifters to provide a smooth hands free opening, oversized LCD control, re-settable height point, digital pressure gauge and solid steel welded framework for a very long life.

Production costs are $1.45 for the transfer and from .15 to .80 for ink, dependent on the amount of color used. We include wholesale sources for top quality, heavy weight t-shirts ($2.25), mouse pads, hats, sweats, bears, and other items.

In addition to producing shirts in low quantity, we supply sources for both custom made transfers and pre-made 'stock' designs. The latter are the same you will find at any mall T-shirt shop. These two features allow you to expand into additional profit centers.

NEW! Unlike most systems, you can imprint on dark shirts! This does require a special paper and is a two step process. We include the sources for this as part of list of suppliers.

STICKERS

EXCLUSIVE! To expand your income potential, we have die cut photo sticker sheets in letter size. There are 72 stickers on each glossy photo sheet, each 7/8 by 7/8 inch (postage stamp size). By using the supplied high resolution printer, you will be able to offer to your customers either half  (36) or third sheet (24) sticker prints of anyone's picture. Teenagers and new parents love this way to send their favorite photo to friends or family. We sell these sheets in packages of 24 at 25 cents per sheet to current and new system purchasers. GRAPHICS

To obtain maximum benefit, you should have a graphic software program capable of exact placement and duplication of photos. We include layout instructions for either our graphic program or CorelDraw at no cost. It takes less than a minute to duplicate a photo to a full sheet of stickers using our instructions.

ON A BUDGET?

The press is smaller and lighter and can easily be transported to fairs, swap meets and similar venues. This 10" x 14" machine is designed for medium duty use and does not open to the same degree as our other systems, yet carries a one year warranty. It has a fully adjustable temperature control and can also be adjusted to accommodate various thickness of garments and mouse pads. It does not have a timer nor a raised garment platform as our standard and super size systems do. The budget printer has resolutions up to 720 x 360 dpi, with a color print speed of up to 2 ppm.
